We quote it. Enterprise is for organizations past 100 employees, and what it costs turns on headcount, on whether it runs in our cloud or inside your own environment, and on the contractual work — DPA, SLA, security review. You get the same full platform as every other tier, plus SSO and a dedicated account manager. Headcount comes from your organization directory (synced from Google Workspace or Microsoft 365), so the quote is against a number you can check. Book the 30-minute call and you will leave it with one.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We prorate upgrades.
